Used/Blem/Open box and demo items are priced according to their condition. We grade used items on 6 levels

Pristine/like new: these are your safe queen items, possibly even still essentially “new”, but due to being open, mounted or installed can no longer be sold as new.

Excellent: Weekend warrior parts, they have probably seen only a handful of range trips.

Good: Enthusiast level parts, it’s clear these parts have been handled and ranged/fielded on a somewhat regular basis, but no abnormal wear and tear.

Fair: truck/duty used parts, these have obviously been fielded and used, probably sat in a patrol car or a prepared citizens vehicle bouncing around.

Subpar: Possibly have seen extensive field and duty use, or at least trained with heavily for an extended period of time. A lot of milsurp or police trade in equipment would fall into this category.

Poor: It is unlikely a part graded at this level would ever make it to the store, unless there could be an alternative or salvage use. These could be generally mistreated or non functional.

Open box/demo: Open box or demo items have been used solely by members of Buttonhook Concepts for photos, demonstration, marketing or display. These will be sold at a price near, but below industry standard new pricing. Any demo items that have been demonstrated using range time and live ammo will be sold as used.
