Return Policy

At Buttonhook Concepts, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

General Return Guidelines

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

Firearms, receivers, or serialized components (once transferred)

Ammunition

NFA-regulated items (suppressors, SBR parts, etc.)

Opened or used optics, sights, or night vision

Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

Contact Us: Email Jordan@buttonhookconcepts.com within the return window to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Ship It Back: Once approved, ship your return with tracking. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

Inspection & Refund: After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund. Certain items may be referred to the manufacturers warranty department.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns not due to our error.

These are general guidelines, however we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will review each inquiry on a case by case basis.
